About
My name is Gloria Scott
I have been crafting artisan jams, chutneys, and pickles in the Clare region of Nova Scotia for over a decade, focusing on unique flavour combinations created using traditional methods.
In 2025, I introduced my popular line of jellies under the MILD, WILD, and WICKED brand name. I carefully blend fruit sensations with a variety of peppers, both sweet and hot. The heat varies with how I prepare the hot peppers, but is never beyond your palate. There is a favourite for all within the three heat levels.
My products are available online for delivery to three locations during the summer and autumn seasons. Additionally, you can find them at various regional craft markets, seasonal tourist destinations and the occasional retail location.
From fall to Christmas I participate in select craft shows.
